Regression is a good tool for unloading sanskara from a clients past lives. If a sanskara from a past life is causing a problem with the now incarnation; these problems need to be removed so the client can move on with their life.

Regression is a double-edged sword, it can help and it can cause many problems. If used correctly it can be a great healer, I had a client aged 21 who had a problem with severe period pains that disabled her causing her to take time of from her job, and her partner and her were having problems conceiving. She of cause went to her doctor who could not find any physical problems, and after a few visits recommended she saw a specialist. After many expensive visits, he said she was perfectly healthy. Not happy with this she returned to her doctor who in turn suggested she sort help from a psychiatrist to see if there was a psychiatric problem, with no problem found she was at her wits end, a friend of hers suggested she paid me a visit. After a couple of sessions, she was regressed her back to a time during the second world war to the middle of Moscow. To cut a long story short, she had been running away from German planes bombing Moscow. She was running carrying her new born baby when a bomb exploded near her causing her severe wounds in the stomach area and also causing the baby to be thrown from her, as she died she thought she should never have had the baby in wartime. Thus causing sanskara. The client after a series of regression sessions stopped the severe pains and a few months later became pregnant.

Now to the downside of regression. If a client has psychological or personality problems before having a regression, then it could cause even more problems after. It is common for a person, who suffers from these psychological problems to take on the persona of the regression entity and start to believe they have become this person again. They strengthen their claim by claiming they have the same traits as the regressed entity, for example they may claim to have the same walk, the same likes and dislikes right down to known past family members and friends incarnated in this life. This for obvious reasons can and does cause problems in their life’s.

So to answer your original question, To be Regressed or not to be Regressed, well I have to answer ‘Yes’ but only for therapy reasons and not just because they are curious or for fun.

Imagine if you were pf the Jewish faith and found out you had been a member of the German SS.
